Who you are

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join our team
This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of narrative design—someone who can translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories that resonate with executive audiences, clients, and partners
At the core, we’re seeking a designer who understands that great presentations don’t just look good—they persuade, clarify, and connect emotionally
1–3 years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance) or equivalent academic portfolio
Proven ability to design for presentations (pitch decks, executive talks, event keynotes, or product storytelling)
Strong skills in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); proficiency in Google Slides and online interactive presentation tools like Pitch a plus
Deep understanding of typography, layout, and composition
Strong narrative thinking—you know how to structure a visual story for clarity and persuasion
Excellent attention to detail and consistency across every slide and visual element
A strong sense of brand systems and design guardianship
Curiosity about AI and new creative tools to enhance storytelling and efficiency
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere, Jitter, or other tools) and storytelling or copywriting skills are a plus

What the job involves

You’ll be a core part of Rokt’s brand design team, responsible for shaping the visual and narrative standard for how Rokt presents itself across pitch decks, executive presentations, and internal communications
You’ll combine a deep understanding of storytelling, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency with excellent craft and technical design skills
Design and produce high-quality, on-brand presentations for sales, marketing, and executive communications
Shape narrative flow and storytelling across decks, helping teams build clear and persuasive visual stories
Serve as a brand guardian—ensuring consistency of typography, layout, tone, and design standards across all presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate how complex ideas are expressed visually
Support a range of projects including pitch decks, internal and external keynotes, investor materials, and executive presentations
Build and maintain presentation templates and visual systems in alignment with Rokt’s brand guidelines
Explore and integrate AI and automation tools into presentation workflows to enhance efficiency and creativity
Advocate for design excellence, attention to detail, and clarity of communication in every project
