Who you are
- Bac +5 with a marketing specialty
- Previous experience in events organization, ideally in the tech ecosystem
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams
- Motivated by being accountable for growth of self-serve revenue and/or sales pipeline
- Comfortable with technically diverse products, terminology & industry players
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the execution of Scaleway’s own AI-focused event: ai-PULSE
- You will be accountable for creating a flawless experience for all attendees, and generating qualitative leads before and during the event
- Our team works in a fast-paced environment
- You will be expected to ramp up quickly, feel comfortable making decisions and take initiatives in order to ensure the success of your projects
- By the end of this internship, you will be prepared to take on your next professional challenge!
- Help the Field Marketing team plan and carry out trade shows, customer events, webinars and promotional campaigns
- Join the ai-PULSE core team and support the organization of this Scaleway AI event
- Work closely with sales to constantly improve alignment with revenue goals and efficiency
- Work with our marketing stack (e.g. Salesforce, Livestorm) for accurate program execution and analysis to achieve marketing qualified leads and revenue targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences and competitive activities
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools
