- Excellent proficiency in front-end development (we mainly use React)
- Experience or interest working with Document editing and parsing
- Experience working across multiple engineering teams to deliver projects

What the job involves
- We're seeking a Front End Tech Lead to shape the future of AI-powered document interaction. In this role, you'll lead a small engineering team while designing and implementing front-end features for our automation platform and machine learning engine
- You'll work directly with customers to optimize our AI-powered UX, architect components for next-generation document-based human/AI interaction and run UX/UI experiments to improve AI productivity
- We have three full stack applications that are AI augmented that help users work through medical claims effectively
- These are powered by a combination of our ML pipeline, LLM summarization models and RAG/Context engineering. We also have a component library to standardize front-end components
- Designing and implementing key front-end features for our automation platform and advanced machine learning engine
- Leading the creation of customer-centric features in response to growing client demand, tactfully enhancing our core product with additional benefits
- Crafting front-end components with an emphasis on usability, performance, and adherence to best coding practices
- Leading a small team of engineers
- Running experiments on UX/UI patterns to improve AI productivity

Our take
Wisedocs was born out of frustration with one of the healthcare administration's most cumbersome tasks: medical record management. Its automated processing software tackles this head-on, aiming to contribute to better overall healthcare by freeing up valuable manpower and time currently spent on paperwork.
Wisedocs has successfully developed an AI-powered solution that demonstrably outperforms traditional methods of handling unstructured medical documents. Hence, the company streamlines the process of clinician notes, medical briefs, records, assessments, and discharge summaries.
Backed by prominent investors, Wisedocs successfully launched in the US in 2022, followed by the opening of a new American headquarters to support its growing US customer base. This was followed by further funding in 2024. It believes its product can significantly reshape the American healthcare and insurance landscape, where streamlining paperwork and unlocking critical data are major concerns.
