Product Designer, DoraHacks

• Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required)
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills and process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create polished and pixel-perfect designs that elevate user experiences
• Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and prototyping
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and concepts to stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred but not required

Desirable

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications
• Design user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing, ensuring seamless user interactions and engagement
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design concepts and iterate on designs based on feedback
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms
