Role
Who you are
- Demonstrate 5–8 years of experience selling complex SaaS or technology solutions to enterprise clients
- You’re a fluent communicator in German and English, both written and spoken
- Navigate and project manage long and multi-stakeholder sales cycles with confidence and clarity
- Leverage a strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including customer challenges and buying behavior
- Bring existing relationships and deep domain knowledge from the Martech or eCommerce industries
- Collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders and Sales Engineers to co-create client solutions
- Maintain a strategic mindset while being hands-on and execution-focused
- Communicate with technical fluency when discussing APIs, integrations, and platform architecture
What the job involves
- We’re seeking a seasoned and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join Talon.One’s Sales team
- This is a high-impact role focused on driving new logo acquisition and expansion within our largest enterprise accounts, primarily across the DACH region
- You’ll engage with C-level decision-makers, navigate complex deal cycles, and evangelize Talon.One’s powerful promotion engine
- This role also requires occasional travel, estimated at 10%-20% of the time
- You will be joining our 6-person Sales team in EMEA, which is an integral part of our 21-person international sales Sales unit
- This is a dynamic and collaborative Sales organization, where we focus on building strong partnerships with prospects and customers
- Our mission is to drive revenue by delivering measurable value to enterprise clients through highly personalized, technically robust solutions
- As part of the DACH Sales team, you’ll report to the Regional Director Central & South Europe and collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to build meaningful client relationships and close complex deals
- We are a global team of self-starters who thrive on accountability and mutual success
- Own and drive the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects (up to $2B revenue), from initial outreach to closing and beyond
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs, map solutions, and deliver high-impact presentations and demos
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on new business development in the DACH region
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing customers by understanding evolving needs and product-market fit
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to tailor solutions to complex marketing and technical environments
- Accurately forecast and report on pipeline, ensuring predictability in quarterly and annual targets
- Evangelize Talon.One through product demonstrations, industry events, and account-specific initiatives
- Maintain a deep understanding of our platform, industry landscape, and customers’ Martech stacks
Our take

Boosted by a hard-hitting client list that includes Mercedes, Delivery Hero, and Adidas, Talon.one initiates and automates loyalty programs, discount campaigns and coupon offers for product-oriented businesses.
In 2022, Talon.one partnered with Big Commerce to offer promotion engine features to Jimmy Brings, an Australian alcohol delivery company. This collaboration with Big Commerce, alongside other companies involved in the project, highlights Talon.one's integration capabilities. It demonstrates the flexibility of Talon.one as it collaborated effectively with various software companies, showcasing its extensive potential in promotion tools.
Talon.one has a varied product service that includes coupon, referral, gift card, and loyalty software as well as product bundles and wallet solutions.
