Role
Who you are
- Student in IT, Business, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Experience or knowledge in inventory management systems (preferable)
- Familiarity with IT service management tools such as Jira (preferable)
- Understanding of IT hardware management or interest in IT operations (preferable)
What the job involves
- Support hardware onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., device setup, refurbishments, and returns)
- Assist in cleaning up and preparing devices for reuse
- Help prepare, test, and deliver hardware for employees, ensuring proper system updates
- Assist with ticket management in Jira, verifying data quality, and ensuring all tasks are documented
- Inventory management: ensure all devices are properly tracked invenotory system
- Collaborate on maintaining accurate software asset management records
- Monitor and respond to requests during onboarding days, ensuring employees receive timely assistance
