Who you are

- Fluent French, excellent writing skills in French
- Strong interest in Public Policies and/or Environment and/or Space technologies
- Strong interest in Tech / AI
- Excellent analytical mind and summarizing skills
- Ability and willingness to work with various levels and functions of stakeholders
- Good technical understanding
- Project Management understanding
- MS-Office and MS Project practice
- We especially value those with experiences such as volunteer firefighters, reservists, and individuals involved in activities of public interest
What the job involves
- You will work within Kayrros Group’s Public Sector Team currently composed of 3 people, and you will report directly to a director / VP
- The position will involve weekly interactions with Kayrros Researchers and Product Teams, as well as with Kayrros Academic Partners, Public Institutions and other startups in the Geospatial market
- Market analysis and business development (50%):
- There is an underexploited potential of geospatial data for sovereignty and reaching climate targets in the public administrations. Your main mission will be to analyze the French public sector opportunities and threats
- Support strategic initiatives such as identifying weak business areas, developing go-to market strategies and identifying areas of opportunities
- Adapt Kayrros technology to Public Sectors needs
- Perform market studies and account mapping
- Conduct interviews with pertinent stakeholders, including public services, civil servants, startups, research teams from public and private sectors
- Follow current affairs and changes in French legislation (focus on climate, energy and environment issues)
- Product team support (50%):
- You will work closely with the Product Team to develop tailor-made use cases for the Public Sector and secure fundings, or to manage an ongoing project involving public sector clients
- Support pre-sales efforts, including developing sales support materials and contributing to technical and financial proposals against new tenders and Challenges
- Communicate with the Tech and Product teams to define the company technical roadmap
- Support project management activities
- Help manage the Public Sector department’s activities through internal activity monitoring and overall project delivery support
