- BA/BS from a top college or university
- 5+ years of product management experience ideally in SAAS, marketplace or martech environment
- Track record of successfully managing all aspects of the product life cycle
- Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate and influence others
What the job involves
- You will be working directly with our two co-founders
- We are looking for a highly organized, ruthless prioritizer; who can see the bigger picture while getting into the nuances of a feature, a strong storyteller using data and insights to both justify what should be built to the internal team, and then also support the messaging and marketing post-build to external stakeholders
- We want someone who can manage the whole product lifecycle with a specific focus on the pre-build “justification” phase of what to build and the post-build “tracking” of how our developments have made an impact
- Insatiably curious listener with the ability to identify and synthesize client pain points - Ability to conduct research to figure out and represent customer needs
- Data-driven and evidence based decision maker who can model & analyze trends to extract key insights - Ability to analyze external and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities. Has strong conviction but is open to new data

What really sets OpenSponsorship apart though its its mission to level the playing field. In a $60B industry, it's often the non-top 5% of athletes and properties that struggle to secure sponsorship deals. That's whee OpenSponsorship comes in, focusing on giving these overlooked players a chance to thrive.
It's also expanded into music, tackling the same issues where the top 5% dominate the revenue. And with backing from Serena Ventures, the investment firm of tennis legend Serena Williams, OpenSponsorship is in an excellent position for growth as it continues to disrupt traditional sponsorship models across multiple industries.
