Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a revenue operations or sales operations role within a technology startup or SaaS company
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
Proven track record of driving results and implementing data-driven strategies
Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus

What the job involves

Utilize data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from various sources such as CRM, marketing automation, and financial systems
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track revenue metrics, sales performance, and pipeline health
Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation, lead scoring, and conversion rates
Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes by providing accurate and timely revenue forecasts and insights
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline revenue operations workflows
Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting in compliance with accounting standards
Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to drive business growth and efficiency
