Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Experience supporting global sales teams and working cross-functionally across time zones
- Proficient in Salesforce (admin-level fluency preferred)
- Extensive experience with CPQ, Gong, and other GTM tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Demandbase)
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel/Sheets and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with pricing strategy, discounting frameworks, and sales motions (enterprise, channel, inside sales)
What the job involves
- WEKA is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our high-performing Revenue Operations team
- This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our global sales organization while also supporting strategic deal execution
- This hybrid role combines classic Sales Operations responsibilities—like process optimization, analytics, and forecasting—with tactical support for complex deal structuring, pricing strategy, and quote-to-close execution
- You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure our GTM engine runs efficiently and at scale
- Own and optimize core sales processes (territory management, account assignments, forecasting, pipeline hygiene)
- Partner with sales leadership to build, analyze, and iterate on GTM KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards
- Enable high-fidelity forecasting through data governance, stage hygiene, and CRM reporting
- Lead planning and execution of sales cadences and operational rhythms (QBRs, forecasting calls, leadership reviews)
- Partner with Enablement to drive adoption of Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and related GTM tools along with driving agentic AI workflows and automation tools into core GTM processes
- Partner with Marketing and Marketing Operations to drive efficiencies within the pipeline model and GTM funnel
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Deals Desk Manager on deal structuring, approvals, and order form accuracy
- Provide real-time support on pricing, discounting, and commercial terms in alignment with pricing policy and margin targets
- Facilitate deal approvals by coordinating input from Finance and Leadership
- Ensure accuracy of Salesforce opportunities, CPQ configurations, and closed-won workflows
- Drive continuous improvement in the quote-to-close process to reduce friction and cycle time
