Sales Representative, Bryq

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working to targets
• Secondary education or above; undergraduate degree preferred

• You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and closing deals that help organisations hire more fairly and effectively
• This is a role for someone who is energised by talking to people, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by results
• You will be selling a product you can stand behind, one that genuinely makes hiring better
• Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound enquiries
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' hiring challenges and present Bryq as the solution
• Deliver product demonstrations to HR teams, talent acquisition leaders, and C-suite stakeholders
• Manage a structured sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Negotiate and close contracts, working with the legal and finance teams on larger deals
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover after signing
• Represent Bryq at industry events, webinars, and HR conferences
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
