Role
Who you are
- The ideal SDR is a persevering and focused professional, who will partner with the Marketing team to feed our sales funnel to qualify and engage potential new customers within the Growth Market for TravelPerk
- You’re an excellent communicator and presenter, fluent in both spoken and written English and Italian at a near-native level
- Ability to build great credibility over the phone with prospects
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle
- Being a goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance
- Being hungry and ambitious, yet ethical and sound
- Ability to work as an individual contributor, but bearing in mind you are part of a team
- Possess a customer-centric mindset
- You are proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads
- Cross-cultural awareness and time-zone flexibility
- You must have legal authorization to work in Spain

- Acquire expert knowledge of TravelPerk
- Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social touches
- As an SDR at TravelPerk, you’ll connect with companies searching for smarter ways to manage business travel and expenses. By introducing them to our all-in-one T&E platform, you’ll help organizations save time, reduce costs, and gain complete visibility over their travel and spend
- Qualifying the leads during a phone call (making sure that they meet all the requirements we are looking for in clients), engaging them, and scheduling them for further consultations on the sales executive’s calendar
- Conduct high-level discussions with the Office Manager, Finance, Operations or Travel Managers to explain the Travel Perk Value Proposition
- Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that TravelPerk provides
- Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop new ways to increase awareness of TravelPerk and evolve and improve the lead qualification process

Our take
Although business travellers are often at the forefront of driving company growth, booking travel is typically a logistical nightmare as corporate travel tools are underdeveloped and stuck way in the past. TravelPerk has built a platform free from micromanagement, creating an experience that puts business travellers first.
TravelPerk's number of active users has grown year on year. Further, as well as more customers using the platform, those on it are using it more regularly. This is a clear signal that TravelPerk has a product-market fit and is in scaling mode. The company has more than 2,000 customers, including scaleups like GetYourGuide, Breilting, Aesop and Medskin.
According to TravelPerk, its unit economics are strong already, which puts it in a good position to grow without diluting itself too much through investment. The company is still innovating and is planning to release more products that will give the business traveller more freedom and flexibility than ever before. A US expansion included the 2024 acquisition of AmTrav, whilst the acquisition of AI spend management leader Yokoy in Europe indicates a period of international scaling. Further exemplifying this is its Series E funding of $200 million awarded in 2025, which raised TravelPerk's valuation to $2.7 billion and will help it continue its growth.
