- Experience in Finance and or Accounting - Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, Accounting, etc
- Experience in finance tech - SAP Concur, Chrome River, NetSuite, Oracle, etc
- Experience in SAAS
- Humble and Friendly personality with an open and honest communication style
- 2-3 years Customer Success Management Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager handling Fortune 500 customers for B2B software solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills with a Director or VP level audience
- Ability to understand our business applications quickly with little hands-on training
- Bonus Points: Project management experience, Previous experience in fraud and compliance
- Double Bonus: Experience using a Customer Success platform such as Catalyst or Gainsight

- Driving adoption of AppZen by monitoring usage and executing the appropriate response
- Expansion of new products
- Retention and renewal enablement by constantly communicating product enhancements
- Developing and executing upsell and expansion opportunities

It's achieved impressive funding too, with its $180 million 2025 round being used for strategic growth and the large-scale deployment of its Mastermind AI Studio and AI Agents.
