- Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or JD degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
- Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week
- Must reside in NY-metro area, relocation support will not be provided
- Must be available from Monday, June 1, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026

- Collaborate with the legal and regulatory operations teams to advise sales, product, compliance, operations, and technology on legal matters related to DriveWealth's relationships, product offerings, workflows, and compliance initiatives
- Analyze and guide relevant rules, regulations, and trends in the financial services industry
- Conduct first-level reviews of contracts, including NDAs, carrying agreements, and vendor agreements
- Provide support on special projects with a team-oriented approach
