What the job involves
- We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to join Magical and drive the success of our product through strategic roadmapping, data analysis, user-centric decision-making, effective execution, and exceptional communication skills
- As Magical’s Growth PM, you will be the key decision maker across user acquisition, activation, revenue, retention and referrals
- You will also be a key stakeholder in building out the framework and tools that power your experimentation
- Given our product acquires customers primarily through word-of-mouth, you’d be focused in materially driving more referral loops into the product, and driving more upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on trade-offs, impact, and required work
- Become the subject-matter-expert at Magical for all things Growth and best-practices you’re seeing across the industry
- Set up tracking mechanisms and conduct A/B tests to make data-informed decisions
- Use data analysis tools and techniques to monitor product performance, measure key metrics, and derive actionable insights
- Write and receive feedback on Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure concise agreement and execution of the product
- Organize and direct product road mapping sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Champion a user-centric approach by empathizing with users, understanding their needs, and advocating for their interests throughout the product development lifecycle
- Conduct user interviews to gain an intimate understanding of user workflows and generate product empathy
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Design teams on user studies and leverage insights in product requirements
- Communicate team status, progress, obstacles, and functional sequencing to the organization
- Drive or co-drive weekly team status meetings and product reviews with the leadership team
- Embrace a growth mindset, actively seek feedback, learn from user interactions, and iterate on the product to improve its value continuously
- Act with urgency, unblocking stakeholders, and driving value to end-users

It’s generally accepted that most workers in many sectors will complete at least one repetitive computer task within their work day. Magical is a platform hoping to remove the ache of these mundane tasks through its automation system.
The company doesn’t use specific integrations or APIs, rather, it simply collects repeatedly used data that can then be collated on the likes of a Google sheet or email. The platform stops you from typing the same thing over and over by populating repeatedly used text such as contact information. It's said to save an average of seven hours of work a week with its free-to-download Chrome extension.
Founded in 2020, Magical has attracted considerable funding and a growing enterprise footprint. Alongside this, the company has worked with over 10,000 businesses, including Salesforce, Uber, Bolt, Disney and Facebook, and is now moving beyond simple productivity tools into more advanced AI-driven automation. Recent partnerships, such as with Beacon Health System, signal a shift toword agentic AI capable of executing complex workflows within existing systems, particularly in high-stakes environments like healthcare.
