Role
Who you are
- You have a proven track record of operational B2B sales experience and ideally of handling enterprise customers, preferably at a startup and/or in the SaaS industry
- By asking the right questions you can easily get an understanding of the challenges a company faces
- You have a high capacity for building compelling messages (written & verbal)
- You are experienced with Hubspot CRM, and sales acceleration tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo (desirable but not essential)
- You can prioritize well and work structured & independently in a fast-paced international environment
- You have a passion for and understanding of environmental & sustainability challenges for SMEs and multinationals
- You are tech-savvy and knowledgeable about how to sell a SaaS product
- Bias for taking responsibility - bias for action. You have a track record of doing whatever it takes to get things done. You have accomplished things that others thought were impossible. You are ceaselessly creative and impactful
- Working language in the team is English, and fluency in German is required
What the job involves
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge on the features, benefits and application of Cozero`s Climate Action Platform
- Distribute Cozero - Talk to decision makers at leading companies, educate them about effective climate controlling and demonstrate how to succeed with Cozero. You will be their contact person from the first meeting to contract signature and planning the onboarding
- Understand customer pain points, and requirements and correlate Cozero solutions and customer requirements
- Daily activities: All communication with prospects (first meetings, product demos, contract negotiations, etc.), pipeline management, contract preparation, closely collaborating with the Sales Development Team to identify companies with a great fit and converting high potential companies into satisfied customers
- Constantly work on improving Cozero's sales playbook
- Channel front-line sales insights into the development of our product & shape our product strategy
- Company building: We are just getting started at Cozero, and we are looking for folks with a bias to action and are motivated to build the most amazing things for our customers, employees and the general public
