Role
Who you are
- Proficiency in at least one major Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Understanding of core UX and visual design principles
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (GCP preferred)
- Awareness of emerging AI-driven features within BI tools
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience collaborating with colleagues to contribute positively to team goals
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of data in visualizations
What the job involves
- 4-day work week is a 6-month trial, starting 19th May 2025
- As a Data Visualisation Analyst, you will transform complex data into clear, intuitive, and impactful visual representations that drive business understanding and decision-making
- You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports, directly supporting strategic initiatives across Compliance, MarTech, Media, and Sportsbook by providing accessible data insights
- This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy by making data understandable and actionable, while challenging you to continuously explore new visualization techniques and contribute to our data-driven culture
- You'll design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using leading BI tools
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and transform data from various sources
- Apply UX and visual design best practices to ensure dashboards are intuitive and clear
- Collaborate with data and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into visual solutions
- Adhere to data governance policies to ensure data accuracy and security
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for data visualization issues
- Stay updated with BI tool features and emerging data visualization trends, including AI
