Who you are
- 6 months + of influencer/sales/customer service experience, preferably in ecommerce/digital media/marketing/influencer space
- Ability to evidence consistently exceeding important metrics and activity targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to obtain the necessary information from the prospect, while also ensuring a mutually beneficial conversation
- Experience troubleshooting issues for clients
- Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills, and ability to take initiative
- A passion for helping influencers/clients and solving their challenges
- Desire to work in a category leading influencer marketing platform
- A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency

What the job involves
- You will work with LTK’s prospective influencers to educate, onboard, initiate platform education and support in demoing products
- You will use your expert communication skills and passion for digital and influencer marketing to understand which product solutions best fit prospective influencers needs, providing consultative education while qualifying new onboards for the wider influencer Team
- This role is foundational in setting up incoming influencers for success on the LTK platform, and therefore will be expected to support in answering operational and product-oriented questions and support the LTK lifecycle
- Conduct introductory, high-level, consultative conversations with newly onboarded influencers
- Support in building LTK Shops, tracking and reporting on all newly onboarded influencers and activities in designated CRM
- Work closely with influencer management to develop call strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new influencers
- Collaborate with the influencer team to share best practices and make recommendations to more effectively close sales and ensure customer loyalty
- Work effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for influencers and ensure an excellent experience
- You will be expected to spend 80% of your time each week grouping new talent, on calls with new influencers and onboarding them to set them up for success within the LTK ecosystem
