What the job involves

As demand for high-quality edtech increases, we’re now looking for an Account Manager to serve our customers ensuring they get the very best from our platform. Account managers are essential at CENTURY to ensure all schools get the most from the CENTURY platform. This covers the customer journey from onboarding and arranging training, through to building deep relationships with schools, truly understanding their needs and being able to help them in their journey with the technology
Every school is different and we pride ourselves on building unique relationships with everyone. In order to achieve this, typical tasks will include: onboarding new clients; dealing with customer requests or issues; managing feedback and more to ensure our schools and colleges are making the most out of CENTURY. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters for specified schools
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with schools
Ensure smooth and timely onboarding process for schools
Use our dashboards and other tools to monitor usage at schools and support schools’ data requests
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Manage feedback from schools and circulate internally as required
