Lead Visual Designer, Hinge Health

• 7+ years of experience in design agency or in-house
• Experience with storytelling through brand narratives
• Expertise in building out hyper-localized regional events alongside national broad messaging industry wide events
• Experience with industry standard product design tools such as Adobe and Figma
• Knowledge of current industry trends, formats, and event processes
• Experience telling stories across multiple platforms
• Experience with working alongside audio/video production and post-production
• Collaborate with creatives, program managers, marketing leadership, stakeholders and production agencies to serve our range of audiences
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and agencies
• Strengthen the creative culture at the team, R&D and Commercial marketing level

• Concept and present work to design and marketing leadership while generating enthusiasm and buy-in for ideas
• Deliver strategic and conceptual work that weaves brand story, messaging and value propositions across touchpoints and the customer journey
• Create holistic design solutions for a range of demand generation channels, including large scale conferences, industry tentpoles, interactive content, social, and guide video projects
• Demonstrated strong agency oversight to algin with company OKRs
• Educate partners and infuse storytelling through experiential interactions
• Work cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas across marketing and product initiatives
• Mentor and develop members of the design team's skills and process around a holistic approach to event marketing
