Who you are

2-3 years experience in event management or field marketing in the US and/or Canada
Native English speaker with communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience with stakeholder and supplier management
Knowledgeable in Adobe CC or Figma, Wordpress/Drupal, Salesforce, and Pardot or other marketing automation platforms
Strong project management/organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a part of a global team

What the job involves

Research event sponsorship opportunities and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders
Help define and support the field marketing strategy for North America
Manage event and webinar logistics - coordinate with event producers, manage suppliers, communicate with stakeholders, and participate in industry events and conferences
Create supporting content including email copy, banner ads, web copy, CTAs, slide decks, etc
Develop pre- and post-event communication and nurture plans
Work closely with the business development and sales teams to set expectations and desired results
