What the job involves

A Senior Account Manager Demand is responsible for managing strategic demand-side relationships with agency holdcos in Northern Europe/Germany this role will represent Magnite inventory across all formats/devices and drive revenue through programmatic direct deals across their patch
By selling premium programmatic deals (Curated Marketplaces and Auction Packages) for inventory packages across display, video, audio, CTV and native, the Agency Demand Manager will lay the groundwork for future demand development across the agency
Build, manage and understand relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem, including agencies, publishers and other third-party organisations in Northern Europe, predominantly Germany
Work internally with the Magnite publisher partners, media planning, demand solutions and product account teams to grow Demand Revenue
Help to build out the business by creating campaign briefs, providing relevant insights and solutions to meet the agency’s/ client's needs
Evangelise all buying techniques utilised through our programmatic infrastructure to buyers and build new business opportunities with the ability to sell to clients at all levels
Creatively market new publisher inventory to buyer network and drive publisher revenue
Evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company's business strategy and growth
Educate and train our client base on Magnite product solutions & inventory launches
Deliver exceptional customer service, respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service

Due to the rise in mobile and smart devices in recent years, the way in which advertisement publishers must format their ads is changing. A key example of this is TV, advertisements that present immediate calls to action within a Connected TV user interface, but publishing ads in such a format is currently inaccessible to most publishers.

Magnite provides a sell-side omnichannel advertisement platform for publishers, focused on facilitating the selling of advertising on all formats including CTV, mobile, desktop, and audio. In addition to facilitating the buying and selling of omnichannel ads, the company also provides a real-time ad performance dashboard, data protection and compliance tools, and insights into buying and selling patterns.

Whilst other omnichannel advertisement platforms present significant competition to the company, Magnite stands out by providing an end-to-end marketplace for the buying, selling, management, and analysis of ads.
