What the job involves
- Business Development Interns (BDIs) at Braze grow into curious and proactive commercial players. Past interns have gone on to secure full time Business Development Representative (BDR) roles, leveraged their Braze experience for dissertations, and have chosen further education options like MA/MBA
- Learn about the Customer Engagement market and the value of Braze
- Learn how to identify target accounts
- Experiment with email and phone campaigns
- Engage C-suite prospects
- Qualify early stage deals
- Participate in special projects
- Receive mentoring from cross-functional colleagues in Sales, Marketing & Partnerships
- Every BDI can contribute to the team Sales goal. The team is collaborative, communicative and we are always the first to take action. There’s a lot of support and camaraderie with plenty of room to be proactive and take control of your own learning and success. It is one of the most energetic, fun teams at Braze!
- The Internship is a maximum 1 year long program, 40 hours per week
- There is advancement potential for high performing BDIs, with personalized development plans, coaching and internal resources to plan for the next rewarding role at Braze
