Who you are

5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 2+ years managing data science team
Strong business acumen with a focus on generating impact through data insights and algorithms
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment; experience in working with C-level is a strong plus as you will report directly to the company’s CEO
Deep knowledge of data science, with previous experience in pricing/yield management being advantageous
Excellent data storytelling skills, capable of translating business problems into modeling language and vice versa
Empathetic leadership style, adept at motivating team members for optimal performance
Academic background in mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related field
Fluent in English; knowledge of German / French is a plus but not required

What the job involves

We are looking for a Director of Analytics (m/w) to lead our joint SHARE NOW & Free2move team
You will be in charge of the growth and the management of a team of 15+ talented data scientists
Deliver business value through analytical insights and smart (real-time) algorithms
Optimize pricing strategies to maximize contribution margin
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the company's top management
Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Tech to enable data-driven decision making in the different departments
Define and promote KPI definitions with various stakeholders
Develop and implement the long-term analytics vision and strategy, translate it into short-term goals
