Who you are
- Proven engagement and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- The ability to think of, research and apply new ideas and ways of doing things
- Ability to effectively identify, map and engage with stakeholders, including to brief upwards to senior management
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to roll up their sleeves
- Experience of working with Google Suite
What the job involves
- Work closely with the CEO to identify new opportunities, partnerships and projects relating to Founders Pledge’s fundraising, membership growth, community stewardship, research, communications and external relations
- Respond to and triage requests from external parties, partners and members in relation to new opportunities and partnerships
- Researching and evaluating prospective opportunities using a data driven approach to assess the viability of new projects
- Drafting compelling, data driven business cases for the CEO and senior leadership team which justifies the necessary investment in the project, and determines whether the project is desirable, viable and achievable and that all relevant organisational factors (e.g. resource requirements) for change are incorporated
- Creating and implementing frameworks, processes and templates to assess the viability of new opportunities
- Work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to draft presentations, materials and briefings for speeches and other engagements in relation to new projects and opportunities as and when required
- In time, represent Founders Pledge at external meetings in relation to new opportunities as and when required
- Note-taking for the CEO and ensuring agreed actions are followed through
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support the production of business cases and assessing the viability of opportunities and new projects
- Support the Chief of Staff with other ad hoc projects as and when required.

Ensuring entrepreneurs stay engaged with their social impact efforts will be paramount to the continued achievement of Founders Pledge's goals, but if it can do this, there is no reason why the company should not be able to continue its altruistic mission well into the future.
