Who you are
- Native in French with impeccable grammar & fluent in English
- Are genuinely friendly and ambitious. You are attentive to understanding our customer's issues or concerns
- 3+ years in a customer experience role in a fast-paced environment

- Like to take initiative and find new creative solutions to problems
- Have good financial knowledge and are an investor yourself
- Based in Paris or remote

What the job involves
- Provide legendary service to our users. We're talking about the kind of legendary service that earns awards, news coverage, goes viral and most importantly makes people happy. This will take place via email, chat, our forum and video calls
- Improve our FAQs, and our internal knowledge base
- Work with Product on an ongoing basis to improve Finary
- Improve processes to support our growth while keeping a high-quality service
