Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in managing IT systems
- Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF, InTune,, Duo, Azure, Google Cloud Platform networking, Tailscale, and Terraform
- Experience with setting up and managing site-to-site VPNs and complex networking configurations with Tailscale and IPsec
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare-related fields that require endpoint monitoring
What the job involves
- Provide technical support to staff including access management, onboarding, and offboarding
- Manage all of our IT systems - primarily SaaS using Google Workspace, Apple laptops with JAMF, and PCs with intune
- Facility IT management including Cisco Meraki, power to desks, keyboard, video, mouse setup and conference room configurations with Google Meet and Apple TVs
- Work with customer delivery teams to help integrate our product with our customer’s IT teams
- Setup and manage site-to-site IPSec VPNs on Google Cloud Platform using terraform
- Manage routing and access control lists with Tailscale
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage endpoints in healthcare-related fields
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
