Role
Who you are
- 2–4 years of experience in training, quality assurance, operations, or marketplace management
- Strong comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); SQL proficiency is a plus
- Experience developing training resources or support documentation
- Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions and track performance metrics
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or digital training tools
- Excellent communication and feedback skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for coaching and development
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
What the job involves
- The Marketplace Operations team at Filevine is responsible for building and maintaining the systems, programs, and support that power our network of independent contractors (ICs)
- As the Marketplace Strategy & Operations Associate focused on Digital Reporter Quality & Training, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of training, development, and quality assurance for our Digital Reporter community
- You will ensure ICs are equipped to succeed from day one and are supported through a structured quality feedback loop that promotes long-term excellence
- Conduct regular quality audits of work submitted by Digital Reporter ICs, delivering structured and actionable feedback
- Manage contractor leveling and performance tracking, including promotions and demotions
- Own and execute training programs across onboarding and continued education, including 1:1 coaching and support
- Maintain and enhance contractor-facing materials such as training resources and help articles
- Design scalable quality improvement initiatives, drawing on performance trends and marketplace needs
- Monitor and analyze IC metrics to evaluate the impact of training programs and identify areas for intervention
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment & Onboarding Associate to ensure ICs are set up for success from the start
- Partner with Product, Ops, and Support teams to optimize contractor workflows and ensure alignment across systems
