Who you are
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales
- Proficiency in prospecting techniques: Cold calling, email outreach, and social selling

What the job involves
- You'll be the frontline warrior, connecting with key decision-makers and paving the way for our elite sales team to secure game-changing deals

- You'll become a prospecting powerhouse, wielding a diverse arsenal of strategies – ABM, cold calling, social selling, and email outreach – to unearth high-potential leads
- Engage with them, understand their pain points, and champion Thoughtful as the perfect solution
- Become a master lead generator: Dial in on the “Art of Cold Calling" and Craft compelling messages that spark curiosity and convert prospects into qualified leads for our sales team
- Collaborate seamlessly: Fuel the sales engine by providing the team with high-quality leads and ensuring a smooth handoff for successful deal conversions
- Sharpen your skills: Embrace continuous learning through ongoing training and mentorship
- Be the voice of the customer: Contribute to Thoughtful's growth by generating detailed reports of previous interactions to prepare our Elite sales team for each prospect
- Note: This is a contract-to-hire position. Successful candidates will be able to transition to a full-time role with Thoughtful upon completing a trial period, which is contingent on performance and business needs
Our take
Staffing is one of the most expensive contributors to business operation expenses, leading OpEx teams to minimize workforce sizes to cut costs. However, this often results in unfilled roles leading to larger workloads for employees, a sacrifice that can lead to lower-quality work and expensive errors.
Thoughtful develops bespoke back office automation bots, allowing businesses to hire bots that are specifically designed to automate their tasks and workflows. After onboarding, the company monitors and provides reports on the performance of each bot, allowing clients to see the value of each bot and whether adjustments are needed.
Whilst back office automation tools are nothing new, these generally work as integrations within other platforms, whereas Thoughtul’s bots are uniquely designed to emulate a position that would otherwise be staffed by a human. The company claims that its bots can help OpEx teams minimize staffing costs and optimize workflows whilst preventing any risk associated with cost cutting.
