Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech start-up environment and/or agency or high volume sales recruiting background
- Start-up mindset and ability to hustle to get the job done
- Applicant Tracking System experience (ie. Lever, Greenhouse, etc.) and strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment, using metrics to guide decision-making
- Demonstrated experience managing through significant change/growth and delivering results, as well as staying flexible as priorities shift
- A team player, positive "can-do" attitude
What the job involves
- Source, engage and hire mission-driven, quality candidates across multiple teams
- Close collaboration with the business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs
- Coordinate with hiring managers to research and plan sourcing funnels
- Conduct in depth phone screens for overall job/company fit
- Maintain a high engagement rate and provide an outstanding candidate experience
- Support the recruiting team by sharing tasks, knowledge and ideas for improvement
