Who you are

7-10 years minimum professional experience in UX/UI design
Service Design Expertise: Demonstrated experience in service design with a proven ability to create user-centric, seamless service experiences. This should include skills in mapping out entire service journeys, understanding user interactions at every touchpoint, and crafting solutions that integrate effectively into the broader service ecosystem
SaaS Design Acumen: Strong experience in designing SaaS (Software as a Service) interfaces, with a particular focus on information architecture and data presentation. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to design interfaces that effectively manage and display large volumes of data, ensuring ease of use and clarity. Expertise in creating clean, intuitive CRM designs that simplify complex data interactions for a seamless user experience is essential
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the platform's direction, visuals, and user experience
Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design
Create user flows, personas, and journey maps to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centric approach
Design and deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of the designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
Collaborate with other designers to maintain a consistent and cohesive design system and pattern library
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
Mandatory well-designed CV and detailed portfolio
At least 7-10 years of relevant industry experience.5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with responsive design and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
