Who you are
- Proven 10+ years of Partner Experience: Track record in SaaS, IT/B2B technology (start-up/scale-up) companies, ideally with CX/EX knowledge, building and scaling partner ecosystems in the region
- New Partner Development: Strong network of partner contacts and demonstrated ability to recruit and enable high-potential partners
- Strategic Thinker: Develops and executes partner plans aligned with company goals and market trends, identifying growth opportunities and adapting tactics

What the job involves
- We’re building a next-gen SaaS channel organization to power a rapidly scaling, product-led growth start-up. We’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager to grow and enable our Enterprise partner ecosystem across VARs, SIs, consulting firms, and traditional channels.
- You’ll help partners drive customer value and accelerate product-market fit, supporting them from lead generation to enablement and full customer lifecycle management. This is your chance to shape our channel strategy and create meaningful impact at scale
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the partner sales strategy for the Enterprise/Commercial segment, driving pipeline, revenue, and ecosystem growth
- Partner Recruitment & Enablement: Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable SIs, consulting firms, ISVs, and VARs to maximize partner performance and joint success
- Revenue Growth & Target Management: Set, monitor, and achieve partner revenue targets; collaborate with partners and internal teams to accelerate deal conversion and drive consistent growth
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, engineering, and legal teams to design and implement effective partnership programs
- Partner-Centric Mindset: Treat partners as valued customers, understanding their goals and delivering solutions that create mutual value
- Market Insight & Representation: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies; represent the company at events, conferences, and partner forums
- Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze partner performance, report results to leadership, and optimize strategies for maximum impact
- Autonomous & Resilient: Work independently, embrace risk, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives with passion and ownership
- Partner Champion: Build strong, trusted relationships with partners and customers, engaging face-to-face as needed, with the flexibility to travel up to 40% to key meetings, events, and industry conferences
Our take
DevRev helps developers build better products for customers through a platform that connects them to the revenue their applications generate. Their headless, dev-centric CRM hopes to help developers clock technical issues faster by showing more directly how customers use their products.
When the company emerged from stealth mode in 2021, they were already well backed by considerable funding and a highly experienced leadership team. Collating and usefully displaying customer feedback for developers, especially using AI and machine learning, is a tough nut to crack. So DevRev has been savvy in front-loading talent and investment.
The founders’ previous venture Nutanix saw huge success, reaching Unicorn status before going public in 2016. DevRev and its team reached the same in 2024 off the back of Series A funding. This ambitious startup has already delivered the first iteration of what it hopes will become the largest global developer relations product.
