Who you are
- We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about improving automation solutions!
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience as an Agentic Process Automation Solution Architect, strongly emphasizing integrating Generative AI into automation solutions
- Expertise in at least one Agentic Process Automation tool, such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism, coupled with proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#)
- Knowledge and understanding of Generative AI techniques, including deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing
- Familiarity with process analysis and improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience with process documentation and workflow diagramming
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, optimized, and secure Agentic Process Automation solutions for enterprise-level applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
What the job involves
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team
- As a Solution Architect, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design and deploy automation frameworks, and ensure that automation solutions align with business objectives
- Join our team and contribute to transforming our business processes through innovative agentic process automation solutions
- Leading the design and architecture of complex Agentic Process Automation solutions, focusing on incorporating Generative AI technologies. Develop/Code if required
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align automation strategies with organizational goals
- Developing high-level and detailed solution designs, ensuring they meet scalability, reliability, security standards, and technical ownership of end-to-end engagement
- Integrating Generative AI capabilities into Agentic Process Automation solutions to enhance customer deliverables, decision-making, learning, and adaptive automation processes
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to Agentic Process Automation development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conducting feasibility studies and assessing Generative AI algorithms' applicability to optimize automation outcomes
- Staying abreast of emerging technologies, especially in Generative AI, and evaluating their potential impact on Agentic Process Automation strategies
- Adapting and having flexibility concerning technologies, work environment, and work timing as we work with domestic or global customers
- Ability to accurately estimate project efforts and timelines during project initiation with appropriate risk, dependency, and constraints
