Full Stack Developer, QuantSpark

• One to three years progressive full-stack engineering experience
• At least one year of demonstrated experience programming with one or more Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
• Commercial experience with JavaScript or TypeScript (ideally React)
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience in code management tools as Git and package managers (e.g., pip, poetry, uv, npm, or yarn)
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, unit tests, and documentation, following best practices and coding standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• You take accountability and can work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience creating user interfaces for web applications
• Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

• As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build and support well-designed, tested, and scalable web applications using your skills in both frontend and backend development
• You will work both on the backend (e.g., Python/API endpoints) and frontend (e.g., TypeScript/React) features
• You will have direct, commercial experience working on Python, TypeScript, and more within cross-functional teams
• You will support the development of client-facing functionality, such as web applications, from detailing requirements, designing, and developing a solution, to testing and validating that the solution matches user expectations
• You will be part of the development of client-facing features for our B2B SaaS products, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, iterative development, and thorough testing to ensure the final product meets user needs and business objectives
• In this role, you will provide technical support and upkeep of existing infrastructure, identify and diagnose software issues, and assist in maintaining and upgrading applications as needed, while learning alongside senior engineers
