Role
Who you are
- You speak both German and English with full working proficiency, and feel equally comfortable in talking to patients in either language
- You already have professional experience in sales & customer service, e.g. gastronomy, hotel industry, retail or in a call center
- You are exceptionally communicative - you love talking to people or talking on the phone and know how to express yourself perfectly
- You are also highly motivated, structured and service-oriented - you don't give up until you have reached your goal
- Professional healthcare experience is a big plus

- To achieve this ambitious goal, we have partnered with hand-picked, high-quality medical providers around the world. On our website, patients can find and compare medical providers for their desired treatment, get in touch with us and book it instantly
- We are based in Berlin and are a team of 35 international, entrepreneurial, determined and super friendly colleagues
- You are the first point of contact for our patients and ensure that each of them receives first-class advice
- With your empathy and natural charm, you build trust and make patients feel comfortable booking their treatment through us
- You guide patients through the entire process - from the first phone call, travel bookings, contact with the clinics to the medical procedure
- Don't like cold calling? With us, you only contact pre-filtered leads!
- You love the combination of both worlds - sales and customer service
Our take
With global healthcare institutions under increasing strain from sector cost-cutting and an increasing multitude of needs, Qunomedical aims to bridge the gap between patients and the perfect care for their illnesses. From financial matching to accommodating complicated conditions, Qunomedical acts as a consultant that helps patients find the perfect care for their situation.
Whilst other digital medical companies focus on insurtech and remote care, Qunomedical acts as a personalized healthcare manager and allows its users to search from a database of high end treatment and hospital options alongside a suite of personalized services.
With substantial funding boosting it, Qunomedical now wants to expand its B2C services into a new B2B model that focuses on doctors, hospitals, and clinic markets, thus opening up a new stream of revenue. If this ecosystem of patient and clinic support is successful, Qunomedical could rise to become a major disruptor in the personalized digital healthcare market.
