- Proven track record of launching products and executing successful go-to-market campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, competitive analysis, and customer research
What the job involves
- In this role, you will own and execute Resolve AI’s go-to-market strategy, driving product adoption, positioning, and messaging
- You will be the voice of the customer, translating product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with engineers and technical decision-makers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable market success
- Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, compelling messaging that highlights Resolve AI’s unique value proposition and resonates with both technical users (engineers, SREs) and engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering)
- Content Creation: Produce impactful content, including technical blogs, product videos, best practices, customer case studies, and thought leadership, to support demand generation and customer education
- Market Activation: Strategize and execute product launches and campaigns to boost awareness, drive adoption, and achieve significant pipeline and revenue growth
- Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to develop training materials, pitch decks, and tools that improve sales effectiveness and accelerate deal cycles
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and synthesize customer feedback to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives
