Affiliate Marketing Manager, Fandom

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, influencer collaboration, team management, and a track record of managing successful affiliate campaigns
• 5+ years experience in the affiliate landscape, partnership types including promotional methods that create new customer acquisitions
• 2+ years experience managing a team
• Numerate and detail oriented experience with good commercial understanding
• Business development, sales or lead generation experience using a CRM
• An active interest in video games or other digital content experience is important
• Marketing Degree or relevant qualification

• Provide coaching and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development
• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Track and report on key performance metrics related to the affiliate marketing program and influencer collaboration
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements to the program. Ability to forecast impact based on leveraged tactics
• Create regular reports for senior management and other stakeholders
• Ensure that all affiliate marketing activities, including influencer collaborations, comply with industry regulations and ethical standards
