What the job involves
- Asana is seeking an experienced and empathetic Software Engineer to join our AI Studio Group
- Working with the latest AI large language models and cutting-edge technologies, you'll contribute to the development of Asana AI Studio, our no-code platform that empowers teams to integrate AI-driven automation directly into their workflows
- You'll design and implement systems that enable customers to build and deploy custom AI agents that streamline repetitive tasks, generate insights, and optimize project management processes
- The AI Studio teams harness a wide and growing range of technologies to create a seamless, intelligent work experience for our customers
- Within the AI Studio Group, we have teams focused on workflow automation, third-party integrations, our search and RAG systems, and the core AI Studio experience
- You'll be a key contributor to our AI Studio platform, ensuring complex projects are delivered on-time and with high quality
- Collaborate with product and design to create delightful user experiences that maintain Asana's reputation for power and ease-of-use
- Work with leading LLM providers to leverage the latest AI technologies in order to serve our customers
- Develop scalable, reliable systems that power AI-driven automation for teams of all sizes
- Share your knowledge and experience with your teammates, fostering strong engineering practices and creating a culture of excellence
