Role
Who you are
- Currently enrolled in, or graduated from, a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Must have the ability to work and live in the UK and report to the Estrid UK headquarter office in London four days per week
- Experience working with key social platforms including Instagram and TikTok (personally or professionally)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and/or marketing and a desire to learn about the beauty, fashion, and personal care industries
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

What the job involves
- As the Social Media Intern you will gain hands-on experience in the personal care industry
- You will be based in Estrid’s new London headquarters, and reporting into the Senior Manager of Social Media & New Platforms, you will assist in developing and executing social media content and campaigns to promote our products across various channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences specifically on social platforms Instagram and TikTok
- Produce engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive consumer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales to support product launches and promotions
- Assist in analysing content performance to optimise strategies and improve ROI
- Support the planning and execution of the social media campaigns that will support major marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Provide administrative support to the Brand Marketing team, including organising files, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations
