Who you are

You have experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Admilnistration or a similar role
You are persistent and don’t give up easily when trying to reach a debtor and/or team up with customer support
You have excellent communication skills, as you will be in contact with our clients and stakeholders
You are a self-starter, who can identify his/ her own areas of focus and come up with smart solutions, after consultation with various stakeholders
You are fluent in Dutch and English
You are comfortable with accounting software and Excel / Google Sheets, with strong attention to detail
You are comfortable with working at least 3 days onsite

What the job involves

We're excited to welcome an organized and proactive professional that wants to start their career in finance. In this role, you'll be key in managing B2C and B2B customer payments, ensuring smooth invoicing, and addressing improvements and issue concerning customers billing
Payment Processing: Process and apply payments accurately
Reconciliation: Keep customer accounts up-to-date and resolve any issues
Collections: Gently follow up on overdue payments
Invoice Management: Create and send out invoices to business partners
Customer Support: Assist customers with billing questions and concerns
Reporting: Keep track of accounts receivable and share updates
