What the job involves
- To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a German Speaking Junior Account Manager to join us
- Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual who has a desire to build a career within the Company
- Working with our merchants, helping them apply for funding their business
- Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their applications
- Explaining the financing offers we make and answering any questions the customer has throughout the process
- Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications

YouLend has benefited from the boom in the financial services industry, but this also means the company has had to compete with a number of other embedded finance startups, such as Weavr. Despite this, YouLend's focus on online merchants has allowed it to remain competitive in its offering. What's more, the company's revenue-based repayments system differentiates its solution from more established loan options.
YouLend's flexibility and the speed with which merchants can obtain funding has allowed it to gain a foothold in the growing embedded finance market. However, it will need to focus on growing its customer base even further if it wants to scale in this competitive space.
