Marketing Operations Manager, Abundance360

• 3–8 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, integrated marketing, project management, creative operations, lifecycle marketing, or related operational roles
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented

• Build and operationalize marketing campaigns, launches, and member experiences for a fast-moving entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Translate leadership strategy into detailed execution plans and maintain the marketing calendar that guides launches across events, membership, content, partnerships, and community initiatives. Backward-plan campaigns, sequence dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned well ahead of launch.
• Build and manage workflows in Asana, assign ownership, coordinate approvals, and keep contributors moving in sync across marketing, design, content, tech, ops, and event production. Run campaign kickoffs, launch-readiness reviews, and recurring operational check-ins while proactively identifying blockers and execution risks.
• Support the implementation and QA of campaigns in HubSpot and related systems. Review emails, landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, routing logic, personalization tokens, and tracking to ensure launches are technically sound, properly segmented, and error-free.
• Partner closely with content and creative stakeholders to bring campaigns to life through polished, high-quality marketing assets. Draft and assemble campaign materials as needed, including emails, landing page copy, event announcements, promotional content, and launch communications.
• Help build scalable operational infrastructure by maintaining SOPs, templates, checklists, naming conventions, approval processes, and organized asset libraries. Ensure the team has a clean, reliable source of truth for campaigns, timelines, assets, and workflows.
• Drive operational excellence and quality assurance across all marketing outputs. Review copy, formatting, links, rendering, mobile responsiveness, workflow logic, and launch details to ensure every campaign meets a premium standard before going live.
• Maintain strong cross-functional communication during active launches by coordinating updates, managing approvals, documenting decisions, and helping leadership maintain visibility into priorities, timelines, and campaign status.
• Support continuous improvement and AI-enabled operational scale across the organization by documenting learnings, organizing post-mortems, and helping implement smarter workflows using tools like LLMs, automation platforms, and AI-assisted systems. Partner with marketing and technical teams to streamline repetitive processes, improve reporting visibility, accelerate campaign execution, and build scalable operational infrastructure that compounds over time.
