Amperity concentrates on serving large customer-focused enterprises, with clients including Starbucks, Alaska Airlines and Patagonia. While there is ample competition in the sector, Amperity is seen as an established market player in an industry worth more than $4.5 billion.
Following a $100 million funding round back in 2021, Amperity hit unicorn status and set it sights on international expansion. It has since expanded its team globally and opened new offices (although it did undertake layoffs when the economy was bad), and continues to launch new features to enhance the value of its offering.
