What the job involves
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the technical side of our products to provide guidance and support to customers. Including staying updated on new features and best practices
- Implementations: Run implementation from kick-off to completion per product; this entails managing the project in Jira, running meetings, creating presentations, providing written follow-up, and ensuring tasks are completed internally and externall
- Customer Training: Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they understand how to use the platform effectively, especially when it comes to more complex features. This may involve creating and delivering training materials or hands-on workshops
- Technical Support: Act as a point of contact for technical support, helping customers troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical concerns to the right internal team. Quick turnaround on response and project managing the fixes with internal teams is a big one!
- Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed about product updates, new features, and industry best practices
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on the product, services, and overall experience. Use this feedback to inform product improvements and advocate for customer needs within the organization
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to assess customer usage patterns, identify potential issues, and offer data-driven insights to help customers maximize the value our solutions
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to align customer needs with the overall business strategy. Act as a liaison between customers and different departments within the organization

ConductorOne is an identity security company that helps IT and Security teams by automating least privilege and compliance while reducing risk. Its platform works through out-of-the-box integration services - such as Okta, GitHub, Slack, and Datadog. It automates identity security, thus enabling companies to understand what is happening across their operations and what actions could impact someone’s program access permissions.
The company launched its Access Request product in March 2023, providing self-service access requests to employees via Slack or a web catalogue, automatic approval rating, and zero-touch provisioning, saving IT teams time by eliminating complex provisioning processes. Its Series B funding round of $79 million was led by GreyCroft, with support from CrowdStrike. This has enabled the company to focus on accelerating growth and scaling its operations.
