Finance, Controlling & Accounting Internship, Skilllab

• You have a background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• You have a strong interest in financial management and accounting
• You are comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets) and have an analytical mindset
• You’re detail-oriented and enjoy solving problems and improving processes
• You’re curious and eager to learn about how finance supports growth in a scale-up company
• You communicate clearly and can work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands. We don’t support visa applications for applicants outside the EU
• You are currently enrolled as a student or graduated within the last 12 months (Dutch or equivalent university)
• You are able to commit to a six-month full-time (40 hour/week) internship

Desirable

• You will join Tanya and Felix in our finance function. You will work closely with both during your internship. Finance is part of our internal operations
• Supporting the day-to-day management of company expenses and financial operations
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and key business metrics for both internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in various financial workflows and process improvements across the finance function
• Helping to document accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and audit readiness
• Taking part in projects aimed at enhancing financial systems and tools as the company scales
