Who you are

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of the short-term rental (STR) industry, and prior experience as an SDR in a SaaS software company
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
✔️ 1-3 years experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in SaaS)
✔️ Strong understanding of the short-term rental (STR) industry is a plus
✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a proven track record in cold calling & lead engagement
✔️ Ability to ask the right questions and provide valuable insights
✔️ Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to advance into sales
✔️ HubSpot CRM and Aircall VOIP proficiency
✔️ Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
✔️ Willing to work North American shifts

What the job involves

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) eager to grow into a sales role. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of the short-term rental (STR) industry, and prior experience as an SDR in a SaaS software company
✅ Identifying potential outbound sales opportunities
✅ Engaging prospects through cold calling and consultative selling
✅ Qualifying leads and setting up product demos for the sales team
Conduct in-depth research to identify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) leads within the STR industry who can benefit from AutoRank
Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media
Communicate AutoRank's value proposition effectively
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their needs
Ask insightful questions and offer tailored advice
Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the sales team within a 10-minute call
Accurately document all prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM
Maintain a clean and organized pipeline of 300-500 leads per month
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
Share insights from prospect interactions to enhance sales approaches

By integrating with platforms such as Cublisis (Stardekk) and Hostaway, Otamiser provides a seamless and efficient experience for users, ensuring better rankings and, consequently, more reservations.

Recent funding marks a significant milestone for Otamiser, setting the stage for rapid expansion. The funds will be used to scale operations and roll out its solution to 100,000 units worldwide within two years, positioning Otamiser as a leader in OTA ranking optimisation.
