Role
Who you are
- You've got at least 3 years of experience doing design work in a corporate or tech environment (if you have experience in sales enablement design, internal communications, or employer branding, that's even better)
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually compelling presentation decks and internal communication materials
- You are highly proficient in:
- Google Slides, Pitch, PowerPoint, and Keynote (expertise in template creation, setup, and optimization is essential)
- Figma (for both presentation and brand asset design)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator, mainly)
- You have a deep understanding of how to structure presentations for clarity, impact, and consistency, ensuring a seamless user experience for teams using templates
- Strong knowledge of print production workflows, including file preparation, color management, resolution requirements, bleed and trim specifications, and various printing methods and materials
- You're a team player and a self-starter, and you're great at communicating both in writing and in person with people at all levels of the company
- You have the confidence to act as a brand and design guardian, providing constructive feedback on briefs to maintain design best practices
- You're great at collaborating with others, but you're also comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion
What the job involves
- We're looking for a Mid to Senior Designer to elevate our brand communications across both internal and external channels
- If you're passionate about designing high-impact presentations, creating scalable templates, and crafting compelling visual stories that support sales and marketing efforts, this role is for you!
- In this position, you will join our Marketing team as a Senior Brand Communications Designer. We're focused on strengthening our brand identity across both internal and external communications—and we'd love to have you on board!
- You'll play a key role in designing and maintaining presentation decks, ensuring they are visually compelling, on-brand, and effectively communicate key messages across the organization
- You'll work closely with the Commercial team to create high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, proposal templates, one-pagers, and other sales collateral that support business development efforts
- You'll collaborate with Leadership to create compelling presentations for internal communications and help prepare decks for speaking engagements at industry conferences and events
- You'll partner with the People team to design engaging materials for company-wide meetings, team-building offsites, quarterly planning sessions, and special internal events to strengthen company culture
- You'll support Marketing by designing professional presentations for Synthesia's own customer events and ensuring we maintain a strong brand presence when speaking at industry conferences
- You'll be the guardian of our internal template and asset management
- You'll create and optimize seamless templates primarily in Google Slides and Pitch, but also ad hoc on PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma
- You'll maintain our Notion Brand Hub and Brand Google Drive with clear, organized structures that help teams quickly find and use our brand assets
- You'll work with the People team to design internal-facing creative assets, including employer branding materials, event visuals, internal portals, templates, swag, and more
- You'll design print materials such as event stands, marketing collateral, and branded merchandise to enhance our presence at conferences, trade shows, and other corporate events
- You'll define, evolve, and maintain high standards for brand communications design, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across all touch-points
