Who you are
- Minimum of 5 years of manager-level experience in Customer Success, preferably in mobile app or startup environments
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing customer success teams
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of mobile app technology and industry trends
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

What the job involves
- The Senior Manager of Customer Success will play a pivotal role in our company's growth. The ideal candidate possesses a background in mobile apps, startup companies, solid technical acumen, and exceptional project management skills
- Develop and implement a customer success strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of why everything is happening with our products leveraging information from support, social media, and the app itself
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing Customer Success team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including app users, business partners, and internal teams to foster long-term value creation
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure positive user experiences and ongoing support
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success, including customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Create a regular monthly report that delivers valuable analysis of opportunities available with a bias towards action
- Leverage customer feedback and insights to improve products and services, as well as internal processes and workflows
- Scale automated customer service systems, including automated workflows, chatbot, email automation, and self-service help centers
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer success, mobile apps, and startup companies to drive continuous improvement
