Who you are

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of winning enterprise and mid-market customers
Proven success in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong strategic and consultative selling skills – ability to uncover customer needs and align them with business value
Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, structured, and driven to build something from the ground up
Fluent in German and English (both required for enterprise sales)
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate; with a strong in-office presence (3+ days/week)

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to enterprise and upper mid-market customers to demonstrate the added value of our product and build long-term partnerships
Enterprise Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle with large-scale accounts – from first contact through negotiation to closing complex deals
Customer Feedback: Use insights from customers to drive product innovation and ensure our solution stays at the forefront of technological advancement
Interdisciplinary Work: Act as the connector between product, marketing, and customer success – from shaping sales narratives to feeding customer insights into product development
Organizational Development: Contribute to building and mentoring a high-performance sales team, shaping sales processes and organizational growth as a player-coach
Become AI Native: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate your work, experiment with new approaches, and share successful workflows – contributing to our culture of high-velocity execution and innovation
As Sales Lead (Enterprise), you’ll be at the forefront of our go-to-market motion. You’ll shape our enterprise sales strategy, close high-impact deals, and lay the foundation for our future sales organization
Collaborate with some of the most exciting companies in Germany and beyond – from mid-market innovators to global enterprises like Siemens Healthineers, Schneider Electrics, and Continental
Take ownership, develop as a leader, and contribute directly to building and scaling our sales team and processes
