Who you are
- Proven experience in a similar role within the SaaS industry, with a track record of driving successful lead generation and campaign management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- In-depth understanding of SDR best practices, sales processes and tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage successful partnerships
What the job involves
- Join our London-based Sales team and contribute to the expansion of Lantum’s presence within the NHS
- Your main focus will be generating a consistent flow of high-quality leads through client outreach, handling the end-to-end sales cycle for our smaller clients, like GP Practices
- We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, motivated to drive sales, has a passion for building product knowledge and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs
- ‘Player coach’, lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Develop and implement training programmes to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to drive pipeline growth
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities for lead generation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise inbound lead qualification processes
- Plan, execute, and optimise outbound campaigns to target key customer segments
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to refine and improve future campaigns
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaign efforts with overall business objectives
- Implement tooling and process improvements
- Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics for the SDR team, regularly reporting on key insights to leadership
- Utilise data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, driving data-informed decision-making

- Challenge Interview: This is the “practical” interview stage in the process. We will provide you with a scenario or problem to solve, which enables you to bring your skills to life. This will take place with a group of stakeholders

The NHS is facing huge financial pressures. An area that's been targeted in recent years is the billions the NHS spends on sourcing temporary doctors, known as locums, largely via agencies which take large fees.
Lantum's business model has changed since launch. It was originally a marketplace which helped healthcare providers connect with vetted temporary staff when they found gaps in their shifts. It has since become a wider platform for NHS workforce management.
Their software helps healthcare organisations fill the maximum number of shifts, by enabling them to manage their own network of clinicians and introducing them to new clinicians in the area. In 2021 they supported over 3,000 healthcare organisations, saving the NHS over £30 million.
Having already introduced the service for smaller clinics, they now aim to introduce it to hospitals as well as expanding the service to all healthcare professionals – including nurses and receptionists.
